Umbreon is the dark-type evolution of Eevee. The only way to obtain it is to buy Eevee and evolve it.

Eevee knows Tackle at level one. However, when it evolves into Umbreon, Tackle is replaced with Bite. Umbreon also learns more moves at level 35, 35, and 55.
